Congratulations on completing Phase 2 and welcome to Phase 3 of the HCG Diet!

Phase 3 is the Stabilization Phase and its goal is to maintain your weight very close to where it was at the end of Phase 2. The recipes below are a virtual cookbook for Phase 3 - enjoy!

The First 3 weeks of Phase 3

The first 3 weeks of Phase 3 are the most important. During this time your body is adjusting to its new weight and there are certain foods to avoid during Phase 3 of the HCG Diet.

These forbidden foods are high in sugar and starch and cannot be consumed until the second stage of Phase 3.

Rember that during Phase 3 of the Diet, your weight must stay within 2 pounds, plus or minus, of your ending weight. Too high you must have a Steak Day, too low and you should immediately have a Double Philly Steak Day.
